So I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately from women who want to stretch their pussies but aren’t really sure where to start. First of all, I must say that I love getting these questions and I love their enthusiasm! The more stretched pussies in the world, the better!

Through personal experience and giving advice, I’ve learned there’s one method of pussy stretching that (in my opinion) is the fastest, safest, and most effective. Believe it or not, it’s actually a medically recognized technique that’s commonly recommended to expecting mothers and is used to help them stretch to prevent tearing during child birth. Of course, a woman doesn’t need to be pregnant for this to work!

The name of this technique is called “perineal massage.” You can google it if you want but I’ll provide a link to the page that I think explains it best for our purposes. I know I mentioned it briefly in the past but I don’t feel that I went into enough detail. By the way, this advice can apply for women and couples. I encourage women to have their partner take part in this exercise if possible. Anyway, here we go.

Now I’ll go over some important points:

  • Lube is important! Your body will soak up a lot as you stretch. I prefer an oil based natural lubricant like vegetable oil or warm coconut oil. Nothing scented!
  • Add more lube as you go. It’s impossible to use too much. Just be sure to put down a towel or something you don’t mind getting oil spots on.
  • Relaxation is important! There are lots of strong muscles around your perineum. If you’re not fully relaxed, they’ll prevent you from obtaining a full stretch.
  • Persistence is key! To see fast results, do it every day (just like any other exercise or skill).
  • During or after a hot bath or shower is the best time to do it. It can also help you get into a habit if you become accustomed to doing it during that time.
  • Slow even pressure is important. Don’t try to stretch too quickly in one session. Listen to your body!
  • If you’re sore from the day before, take it easy today. You shouldn’t stop doing it but you’ll want to go a little lighter so your muscles can heal.

Those are all the tips I can think of right now. Here’s a brief word about partners:

While this exercise can obviously be done solo, it’s great to do with your partner too! The steps are basically the same but your partner is doing the stretching using his or her thumbs. Just be sure to communicate when you start to feel stinging so he or she doesn’t stretch you too far in one session. Also, you may want to do it a few times on your own before doing it with a partner so you know what feelings to expect.
