So I have wanted to stretch for a while but I was too scared to do it. I decided to experiment with some markers and maybe got 13 in and that was enough to feel a good stretch and I came my brain out pretty quick. Only problem is, today I felt down there and it feels like I’m starting to prolapse. Is there anything that can be done to prevent a prolapse? I want to be loose, but like my insides to be inside me.
